With the therapist you can explore and discover more resourceful ways of managing your life. The relationship is one of respect and non-judgment between you and the therapist. Psychotherapy provides the space to help you understand your past patterns that keep coming back and make the changes that will empower you. Psychotherapy may help define the problems that are getting in the way of you feeling good about yourself and your life, supporting you through this process.
